Valentine’s Day was extra-special this year. In the midst of great company and memorable conversation, I was treated to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants known for steak, chocolate cake and superb customer satisfaction.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is just that…prime. From the unique reservation system on its website, to the inviting welcome upon entering the warmly colored and dimly lit atmosphere, to the plentiful and satisfying selection of the choicest upscale fare, to the doting staff, to the uber-decadent desserts, to the special free VIP opportunities they host and everything in between, Fleming’s isn’t a restaurant. It’s an experience in excellence.
I’ll be the first to admit that the cost can be a bit much for those of us who count our coins as much as we count calories. It’s not for the faint of wallet. But it’s worth it, especially for special occasions where a meal of Prime Rib (cooked medium plus), Barbecue Scottish Salmon Filet with mushroom salad, Fleming’s Potatoes, Chipotle Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese and Chocolate Lava Cake are appropriately perfect.
So go. If you can afford it and feel you deserve it take time for yourself and try it for yourself. Here’s a hint…often Sam’s or Costco will sale $100 worth of Fleming’s gift cards for just $79. Here’s another hint…celebrating a special occasion like birthdays or anniversaries might net you a box of truffles or even better a gift card. Here’s one more hint…letting your friends and family know that Fleming’s is your fav often nets you more gift cards. Trust me, you’ll need them and want them.
