Try this quick recipe for this sweet treat that’s sure to make any day or holiday happier. The best part of this delight is that it’s oh, so easy to make and one of those dishes that you can eat straight from the cake pan, especially if you can’t wait, like I usually can’t.
Magnificent Monkey Bread
3/4 Cup of sugar
1/4 Cup of brown sugar
1 stick of melted butter
2 cans of biscuits
Cup of pecans
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a cake pan spread pecans evenly in the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, mix your regular sugar and brown sugar together, crushing brown sugar to have same appearance of sugar.
Sprinkle with a dash (or two or three) of cinnamon.
Gently roll biscuits into “balls”.
Coat the balls of biscuit individually with the sugar mixture and place in the cake pan.
Arrange all of the coated biscuits in the cake pan so they are evenly dispersed.
Pour remaining mixture evenly in pan covering the biscuits.
Pour butter in pan evenly dispersing.
Put in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until biscuits have risen and are golden brown on top
Remove from oven and place plate on top of cake pan. Caution: It will be HOT.
Flip the plate allowing the monkey bread to end up on top.
This dish is best served right out of the oven. Eat and enjoy!
